How We Ship
Shipping times, tracking, and what to expect from AliExpress suppliers.
Our dropshipping model
PaliExpress works like a curated marketplace. Most products are stored and shipped directly by our AliExpress supplier partners, which lets us offer a huge catalog at low prices. We choose suppliers with high ratings, fast handling times, and reliable tracking so your order is in good hands.
We partner with vetted AliExpress suppliers and regional fulfillment centers. When you place an order, it is routed to the supplier that stocks the item closest to you.
Each order is picked, packed, and inspected before it leaves the supplier. We require plain, protective packaging so your items arrive clean and undamaged.
Once shipped, your package is scanned by the carrier and a tracking number is attached. We pass that tracking link to you by email and on your order page.
Carriers deliver to the address you entered at checkout. If no one is home, they may leave the package in a safe spot or leave a pickup notice.
Estimated delivery times
Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude local holidays. Dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 5 business days before shipping.
If an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't as described, you're eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Every order gets a tracking number once it ships. Track it on our Track Order page or through the carrier's website.
A single order may ship from more than one supplier. If it does, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
What to expect from AliExpress suppliers
- •Authentic product photos: We require suppliers to use images that match the actual item. If photos differ from what you receive, open a return or refund request.
- •Standard packaging: Orders ship in plain or branded protective packaging without extra marketing materials from the supplier.
- •Communication handled by us: You don't need to contact the supplier directly. PaliExpress support manages questions, delays, and disputes for you.
- •Quality standards: We monitor supplier ratings, shipping speed, and return rates. Poor performers are removed from the catalog.
