Your account

Orders & payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and do not include taxes or duties, which may be added at checkout or collected by customs.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
- Payment is processed at the time of checkout through Shopify Payments or other third-party processors.
Shipping & delivery

Returns & refunds
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
